The Scrum Master supports a digital transformation program and contributes to optimizing the operation and performance of a platform based on intelligent agents. They promote the consistent application of Agile practices within the teams and the program to improve efficiency, deliverable quality, and user satisfaction.
Their main responsibilities include facilitating daily meetings and retrospectives, adapting the approach to the maturity of each team, and supporting teams in applying Agile, Scrum, and SAFe principles. They identify, resolve, or escalate obstacles, implement necessary tools, ensure the deployment and monitoring of Jira, update documentation, prepare dashboards, and contribute to decision-making support related to production releases.

Critical thinking regarding AI biases, limitations, GDPR, and ethics.
Fluent English.
