Join a strategic transformation project aiming to migrate a telephony and contact center solution from an on-premise environment to a modern CCaaS platform based on Amazon Connect. You will join a product team in the construction phase and actively participate in the implementation of a key system for support activities.

• Lead the migration project and build its roadmap until production launch
• Coordinate business and technical teams, and the program's various stakeholders.
• Ensure commitments are met in terms of scope, cost, deadlines, and quality.
• Identify risks, propose action plans, and provide regular reporting to steering committees.
• Support business units in transformation and change management.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master for the product team.
• Facilitate collaboration, remove blockers, and promote Agile best practices.
• Ensure visibility on work progress and dependencies.
• Engineering degree, Master's degree (Bac+5) in project management, insurance, finance, or equivalent field.
• A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or other) would be an asset. Minimum 20 years of experience in IT project management.
• Solid experience in managing complex V-cycle projects.
• Significant experience with Agile methods and hybrid environments.
• Excellent coordination, facilitation, and communication skills with both technical teams and management.
• Knowledge of telephony, contact centers, Amazon Connect, or CCaaS solutions would be a real asset.
