Senior Agile Product Coach / Scrum Master – ITOM Transformation

Project overview

The context

A large French group is evolving its ITOM organization from a project-centric operation to a product-oriented organization. The objective is to structure high-value business products, create autonomous and multidisciplinary squads, and manage activity by value, quality, and results. Project and Product modes will coexist temporarily.

Your mission

You will support the ITOM teams in the operational implementation of this transformation:

• Support the definition and structuring of ITOM products
• Participate in the setup of tribes and squads
• Clarify roles and responsibilities (Product Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Scrum Masters, managers)
• Support the creation and prioritization of product backlogs
• Implement Discovery, Delivery, Build, and Run practices
• Facilitate Agile rituals and governance instances
• Improve the management of flows, capacities, dependencies, and obstacles
• Foster coordination between teams, sites, and transversal expertise
• Define and track value, quality, and performance indicators
• Support change management and team maturity development
• Ensure the transfer of Agile and Product practices to internal teams
• Agile and Product maturity diagnosis
• Transformation roadmap
• Operating framework for tribes and squads
• Roles and responsibilities mapping
• Team operating agreements
• Steering indicators and dashboards
• Progress reports and recommendations
• Skills transfer and sustainability plan
