Responsibilities

What we offer:

• You will build backend solutions for our games and internal tools.
• You will develop a robust and scalable backend for applications in .Net, using Redis, Scylla DB, Postgres, Kubernetes and other technologies.
• You will quickly evaluate and make decisions regarding frameworks, platforms, API's etc.
• You will provide technical expertise in the design, development, and delivery of product, while adhering to coding standards, requirements, and quality.
• You will estimate upcoming work, communicate technical solutions effectively, and report progress.
• You will work in a team to deliver against a roadmap managed by a dedicated Technical Project Manager
• You will collaborate with Technical Project Manager to design and deliver complex services features, workflows, and integration interfaces.
• Passion for building scalable, reliable software solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in building gamedev backend solutions.
• 5+ years of software development experience with .Net.
• Solid computer-science foundation including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices.
• Experience with scaling and optimizing backend services. Terms like caching, distributed processing, replication, and performance profiling and forecasting must be your bread and butter.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL database, and their strengths and weaknesses.
• Understanding of development best practices and standards
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication with experience collaborating across multiple teams.
• Experience with high throughput system architectures
• Experience in Cloud logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes (CI/CD, Automation, Observability) and tools (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
• An influential role in the mobile RPG gaming industry.
