Senior BI Developer SSAS Tabular / Azure Analysis Services

Project overview

We are looking for a Senior BI Developer for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, to join Ingéniance on a permanent contract.

As part of its modernization, our client, a European asset management player, is building a new analytical solution dedicated to client reporting. You will be the technical referent, with a model to create from scratch.

Profile sought

You have at least 7 years of experience in Microsoft BI development, with advanced expertise in SSAS Tabular / Azure Analysis Services, DAX, and dimensional modeling. You are proficient in SQL Server / Azure SQL (advanced T-SQL), SSIS, and Azure Data Factory, as well as Tabular Editor, Visual Studio SSDT, Git, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD). Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and .NET/C# are a plus. Knowledge of asset management (portfolios, performance, risk, benchmarks) is a real asset. Fluent French and professional English.

• Design and develop an SSAS Tabular model on Azure Analysis Services
• Build dimensional models, relationships, hierarchies, and DAX measures
• Implement partitioning, processing, and performance optimization
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
• Design data integration processes and ensure their quality and reconciliation
• Translate business needs into financial indicators and analytical calculations
• Manage security and access, then support testing and production deployment
