Senior Business Analyst - Data Platform & Reporting Transformation

We're currently working with a leading London Market insurer undergoing a major data and reporting transformation and are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile programme.

This is a hands-on role where you'll act as the bridge between business and technology teams, owning requirements from initial definition through to testing, business acceptance and production delivery. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Reinsurance and Underwriting, alongside Data Engineers, Architects and BI teams.

• Senior BA experience across data platform, data warehouse, reporting or transformation programmes
• Proven experience owning requirements end-to-end through delivery, testing and business sign-off
• Strong understanding of data lineage, source-to-target mapping and data transformations
• Experience working closely with Data Engineers and Solution Architects
• Strong data reconciliation, data quality and testing experience
• Good reporting knowledge, ideally Power BI and/or SSRS
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• London Market insurance experience essential
• Exposure to Databricks preferred
