Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce | £525p/d (Inside IR35) | Reading (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading organisation delivering a major Salesforce transformation programme.

The role will focus on replacing a Legacy business-critical system with a Salesforce-based solution, integrating with existing enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Analysis workstream on a Salesforce transformation project.
• Gather, document and refine business and functional requirements.
• Work within an Agile delivery environment.
• Manage stakeholders, third-party vendors and Systems Integrators.
• Coordinate a small team of 1-2 Business Analysts.
• Support knowledge transfer, requirements discovery and implementation activities.

Requirements

Desirable: Previous experience within utilities or regulated industries.

• Strong experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst.
• Proven Salesforce implementation or transformation experience.
• Extensive experience working within Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience leading BA workstreams and coordinating other Business Analysts.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

Project details

• Rate: £525 per day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Reading (3 days per week onsite)
• Contract: 3 months (Rolling)
• Start: flexible
• Location: Reading, Berkshire, UK, GB
• Rate: 66-66 EUR/h
