We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Digital Case Management System program. This role will suit a highly capable Business Analyst with strong CRM knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

• Case Management System Implementation based on Microsoft Dynamics
• Lead business analysis activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and consultations to gather
• Map business processes and requirements to Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality
• Validate proposed solutions through requirements walkthroughs
• Manage requirements traceability, project documentation, BA reporting and stakeholder communications.
• 10+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business environments
• Strong CRM knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Office applications, JIRA and SharePoint, with experience in BPMN 2.0
• Melbourne CBD/ Hybrid Working Arrangement
