We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an international transformation program combining Pricing, Business Intelligence, Data Readiness and AI-enabled transformation.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working at the intersection of business, data and technology. We are looking for a person who can go beyond requirements gathering and understand KPI logic, data quality, source systems, reporting needs and the business context behind analytical solutions.

What we are looking for

We are particularly interested in candidates who combine Business Analysis experience with one or more of the following areas:

• leading discovery sessions and business workshops,
• gathering and analysing business, functional and reporting requirements,
• defining KPIs, business rules and acceptance criteria,
• analysing existing reports, dashboards and business information needs,
• supporting the design and development of BI solutions,
• analysing data sources, data quality and potential data gaps,
• supporting data cleansing, reconciliation and validation activities,
• translating business needs into clear requirements for technical teams,
• collaborating with BI, Data, IT and Product teams,
• preparing and coordinating UAT,
• analysing data discrepancies and supporting issue resolution,
• supporting rollout and adoption of new solutions,
• contributing to initiatives related to Pricing, Data Readiness and the use of AI in business processes.

Requirements

Candidates with Tableau experience or practical exposure to Pricing or Finance will be particularly relevant for this role.

We do not expect one person to be an expert in all three areas. However, profiles without both BI/Tableau exposure and Pricing/Finance experience are likely to be less aligned with the seniority and business context of the role.

• experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar role within complex business and technology environments,
• strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management,
• practical experience with KPI reporting, analytics or data-driven decision support,
• working knowledge of SQL,
• experience with UAT and collaboration with technical teams,
• very good English.
