Project overview

Mission Context

As part of a strategic information system transformation program, a company specializing in telecom infrastructure is deploying a unique SaaS platform based on Sitetracker.

The objective is to centralize several business activities (sales management, project tracking, asset management, CMMS, and repositories) within a common solution, while harmonizing processes and ensuring interoperability with the existing IS.

You will join a project team of 5 to 6 people and will work with business teams, the IT department, the project manager, the Delivery Lead, and the integrator.

• Functional Analysis and Design
• Perform Gap Analysis between business needs and standard Sitetracker functionalities.
• Participate in design workshops with business teams, the IT department, and the integrator.
• Identify functional ambiguities and challenge proposed solutions.
• Requirements and Backlog Management
• Ensure the translation of business needs into functional requirements.
• Ensure traceability of needs in the backlog.
• Analyze and validate User Stories proposed by the integrator.
• Manage discrepancies between business expectations and implemented solutions.
• Functional Consistency and Governance
• Ensure end-to-end functional consistency between business processes, platform standards, and the existing IS.
• Collaborate with process owners to define the target operating model.
• Contribute to stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
• Interfaces and Test Strategy
• Analyze impacts on the existing information system in collaboration with the Delivery Lead.
• Define the functional and end-to-end test strategy.
• Formalize acceptance criteria.
• Lead and conduct test campaigns, then contribute to validation and deployment preparation.
• Over 15 years of experience in Business Analysis on complex IT transformation projects.
• Proven experience in deploying SaaS solutions or packaged software.
• Mastery of Sitetracker strongly desired; otherwise, solid experience with Salesforce.
• Good knowledge of IT architectures, application interfaces, and business processes.
• Mastery of functional analysis, backlog management, User Stories, and requirements traceability.
• Experience in functional and end-to-end test strategy.
• Mastery of Jira, BPMN, and testing tools.
• Knowledge of the telecom infrastructure sector is appreciated.
• Sitetracker SaaS platform and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Information system transformation project in the telecom infrastructure sector.
• Project team composed of 5 to 6 people.
• Collaboration with business teams, the IT department, the project manager, the Delivery Lead, and the integrator.
• Tools: Jira, BPMN, and testing tools.
• Location: Montrouge (92).
• Mandatory on-site presence: minimum 3 days per week.
• Occasional travel to the Romainville site is expected.
