We are looking for experienced Senior Business Change Managers to support two major transformation programmes within a leading UK financial services business.

These are excellent opportunities to play a key role in delivering complex organisational change across people, processes, technology and regulatory operations.

Working closely with business leaders, technology teams and programme stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring that change is understood, successfully adopted and Embedded across the organisation.

The programmes operate within a complex, highly regulated environment and require individuals who can confidently engage senior stakeholders, assess business impacts, manage resistance and drive operational readiness.

We are specifically looking for Business Change specialists rather than Project or Programme Managers. The focus is on the people and organisational aspects of transformation, ensuring that new processes, systems and ways of working are successfully adopted and sustained.

• Design and implement comprehensive business change strategies and approaches across complex transformation programmes.
• Lead organisational change initiatives covering people, processes, technology, culture and behaviours.
• Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify operational, organisational and stakeholder impacts.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, training and resistance management plans.
• Lead business readiness activities, including readiness assessments, go-live planning and exit criteria.
• Establish and manage change champion networks to support successful adoption.
• Ensure changes are effectively Embedded into business operations, supporting a smooth transition into BAU.
• Identify and manage people-related risks, dependencies and barriers to adoption.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Provide constructive challenge and influence senior decision-making to support successful change outcomes.
• Lead, coach and support Business Change team members, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to the development of business change frameworks, methodologies and best practices.
• Significant experience as a Business Change Manager, Senior Change Manager or Business Change Lead within complex transformation environments.
• Proven track record of delivering organisational change across people, process, technology and culture.
• Experience leading and developing teams through complex transformation or transition programmes.
• Strong knowledge of business change methodologies, including experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Demonstrable experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Strong business readiness, go-live preparation and BAU transition experience.
• Experience identifying organisational risks, managing resistance and implementing practical mitigation strategies.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced and politically complex environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled business change.
• Previous experience delivering business change within financial services regulator, or a regulated financial services organisation.
• Experience delivering regulatory transformation, compliance or operational change programmes.
• Knowledge of related regulatory change initiatives.
• Experience operating within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience establishing change management frameworks, coaching change professionals or improving organisational change capability.
• Relevant change management qualifications, such as Prosci or APMG Change Management.
