As a Senior Campaign Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in innovative communication solutions within the financial services industry. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining dynamic campaigns using SAS tools or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Adobe Journey Optimizer, supporting strategic communication initiatives and delivering measurable impact. Responsibilities

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Build and maintain communication and campaign activities leveraging SAS (e.g., SAS CI, SAS EG) or Adobe AEP / Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Collaborate closely with campaign analysts and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness and deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in the development of automated marketing processes within CRM and marketing automation environments.
• Support cross-functional teams in deploying innovative communication solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all campaign activities, maintaining operational excellence.
• Document campaign workflows and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in an analytical or marketing environment.
• Hands-on expertise with SAS (such as SAS CI, SAS EG) or Adobe AEP / Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a collaborative setting.
• Fluency in Polish, with good command of English.
