As a Senior Change Lead, you will contribute to the design of Strategic Workforce Planning within the Royal Netherlands Navy. You will set up and execute SWP trajectories, guide internal clients, facilitate workshops, and monitor progress.

As a senior change lead, you will contribute to the design of Strategic Workforce Planning within the Royal Netherlands Navy.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Setting up and executing SWP trajectories within the Royal Netherlands Navy
- Guiding and advising the internal client in the SWP process
- Facilitating workshops and progress meetings
- Monitoring and tracking progress through intensive communication
- Performing strategic analyses and translating findings into advisory reports
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, HR, or Social Sciences, or a comparable education
- Extensive experience within the HR field
- Demonstrable experience with Strategic Workforce Planning, including managing associated trajectories
- Experience with managing projects within a complex context
- Experience with change management and project-based work within a complex context
- Extensive experience with Office packages such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with delivering presentations and workshops
- Experience in the role of process facilitator and/or trainer
- Experience with setting up, evaluating, and further developing workshops and training sessions
