Project overview

Context

A major company in the environmental sector is deploying the Ivalua S2C/P2P solution across several French and international Business Units. The future platform must integrate with various existing systems, notably SAP, Oracle, legacy Ivalua platforms, and certain operational command-emitting systems.

The context is marked by the diversity of source systems, the coexistence of multiple repositories, the need to synchronize data, and the importance of securing flows during migration, cutover, and hypercare phases. Application integration and interface coordination work are identified as a major focus of the program.

Missions

The consultant will be responsible for the operational supervision of data flows and interfaces between Ivalua and satellite systems.

Specifically, they will need to:

Expected Deliverables

Required Skills

• Identify and maintain the mapping of inbound and outbound flows;
• Monitor interfaces between Ivalua, SAP, Oracle, legacy Ivalua platforms, and operational systems;
• Supervise the execution of migration flows and processes;
• Control volumes, statuses, rejections, and anomalies;
• Implement or improve monitoring and alerting systems;
• Analyze flow incidents and coordinate their resolution;
• Ensure follow-up of reprocessing, rejections, and re-run capabilities;
• Verify consistency between source data, transformed data, and data integrated into Ivalua;
• Contribute to integration tests, end-to-end tests, and cutover rehearsals;
• Secure the cutover and hypercare plan for each Go Live;
• Coordinate Data, application, business, and integration teams;
• Formalize supervision and operational procedures;
• Prepare the project handover to the run phase;
• Monitor flow availability, quality, and performance indicators;
• Guarantee traceability of processes and errors;
• Ensure compliance with the company's data security and governance rules.

• Proven experience in supervising application flows and interfaces;
• Good understanding of integration architectures and data exchanges;
• Mastery of Data Factory / Migration Fabric environments;
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis;
• Experience with flows between ERP systems, Procurement platforms, and Data tools;
• Mastery of monitoring, alerting, and rejection management systems;
• Understanding of migration, cutover, and hypercare challenges;
• Mastery of Splunk;
• Knowledge of Ivalua, SAP, or Oracle is a plus;
• Experience in an international context is a plus;
• Professional English.
