We are looking for a Senior Consultant for the DIPP (EDF) Innovation Strategy Department, specializing in organizational and business transformation in the era of AI. The role involves preparing, structuring, and facilitating a strategic seminar to define the evolution of the Innovation Strategy team's business model and formalize an operational transformation trajectory by 2027.

• Understand the transformation challenges of the Innovation Strategy business related to the rise of artificial intelligence.
• Conduct preparatory interviews with team members to gather their expectations, questions, and feedback.
• Analyze existing AI approaches, uses, tools, and experiments.
• Produce a concise diagnosis highlighting key decisions and areas requiring further investigation.
• Design the seminar facilitation framework: objectives, work sequences, collaborative methods, materials, and reporting methods.
• Provide external benchmarks and feedback on the evolution of strategy, innovation, and analysis professions in the age of AI.
• Facilitate a half-day collective work session to build a target vision for the team's functioning in two to three years.
• Facilitate arbitration on activities, skills, tools, cooperation methods, knowledge management, and the use of external partners.
• Emerge a 2027 transformation roadmap with priorities, actions to launch, and key milestones.
• Formalize the seminar conclusions and produce deliverables directly usable by EDF teams.
