• Implementing the CATS CM methodology within the organization
• Applying and further developing roles, processes, contract classification, and governance
• Connecting contract management (CM) with realization, verification, and supplier management (RVM)
• CATS CM foundation/practitioner certification
• Demonstrable experience with implementing and further developing contract management
• Experience as a (senior) contract manager
• Experience within government, municipality, collaboration, or public sector
• Knowledge of contract classification and application of management models
• Skill in setting up governance and processes
• Experience with supplier management
• Experience with project-based implementation of the CATS method
