What will you do

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Evides, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process from A to Z. You will work in a dedicated recruitment team with two Corporate Recruiters and an Inhousing Coordinator, interacting daily with HR Business Partners and hiring managers. In this role, you directly contribute to Evides' societal mission: ensuring sufficient technical and scarce talent is recruited to keep the drinking and industrial water supply future-proof.

• You build and maintain talent pools, particularly in the technical labor market.
• You identify market developments and translate them into concrete recruitment initiatives.
• You lead larger recruitment projects for new projects or expansions.
• You strengthen the employer brand and Evides' visibility in the labor market.
• You focus, among other things, on the ICT department and other staff departments.
• a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
• at least 4 years of experience as a corporate recruiter or recruitment consultant
• experience with stakeholder management at different levels
• knowledge of and experience with recruitment in the ICT sector

• The takeover period for flexible workers is 1,800 hours.
• Invoicing is based on billable hours.
• Indexation is not applicable.
• A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required for each placement. The costs for this lie with the supplier/freelancer.
• Upon termination of an assignment by Evides, a notice period of 30 calendar days applies, and immediately in case of force majeure.
• With sufficient supply, we will close the assignment earlier than the indicated deadline in the portal. Therefore, submit a suitable candidate as soon as possible.
