Context

BPCE SI manages the obsolescence of OS, DBMS, Middleware, Frameworks, and software packages for all its information systems. The mission is part of a context of simultaneous management of multiple projects related to these obsolescences.

Working Conditions

• Manage approximately 40 products in parallel with dedicated obsolescence projects.
• Define obsolescence treatment projects, challenge and collect milestones, budgets, and end dates.
• Monitor the progress of projects, each managed by a dedicated project manager.
• Identify difficulties and obstacles encountered.
• Capitalize on solutions and best practices across products.
• Consolidate and communicate on key points.
• Track milestone achievement weekly.
• Manage the associated budget envelope (initial budget, consumed, re-estimated) with credible budget/deadline announcements.
• Be familiar with the application inventory and associated technical components.
• Build relationships with product teams to frame projects to be launched and provide the budget.
• Write progress reports.
• Lead a follow-up meeting with the management of each business unit.
• Be proactive in anticipating future obsolescences and improving the efficiency of transverse management.
• Prepare risk reviews for your application scope.
• The mission will continue until 2027.
