Project overview
Demonstrable experience of at least 3 projects delivering data migration from SAP ECC/HCM to SuccessFactors (EC and ECP)
Hands-on experience of full cycle SAP SuccessFactors data migration and SAP ECC conversion to SAP S4 Hana
At least 5 years hands on experience using ETL tools like SAP Data services, Info porter, BIB, BAPI, BADI, LSMW
ABAP development experience for custom objects migrations
Experience of executing the complete migration lifecycle, from discovery and planning through to cutover and reconciliation.
Strong knowledge and experience of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, loading and validation.
Experience planning and delivering multiple mock migration cycles.
Strong understanding of SAP master data and transactional data structures
Experience managing complex data-quality and reconciliation issues.
Ability to work effectively with SAP functional consultants, developers, business stakeholders and systems integrators.
Strong planning, governance, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to communicate technical data issues clearly to and business stakeholders.
Experience working within a large, complex transformation programme.
