Project overview

Context

The mission is part of a data architecture modernization program, based on Azure and Databricks.

The objective is to structure an architecture capable of meeting Analytics and Advanced Analytics needs, with batch and event-driven processing, while strengthening IT governance in an already mature environment.

The scope may cover data related to supply chain, logistics, inventory, transport, or planning.

• Analyze the existing data architecture and identify the main gaps.
• Define the target architecture on Azure and Databricks, according to Medallion principles.
• Design Analytics and Advanced Analytics solutions, in batch and real-time.
• Structure data models, flows, APIs, and governance rules.
• Participate in architecture reviews and support teams in implementing technical decisions.
• Cloud data architecture on Azure and Databricks
• Design of Analytics and Advanced Analytics solutions, in batch and event-driven
• Medallion-type data architectures
• Data modeling and data engineering with SQL, Python, Spark, Delta Lake, and ETL/ELT
• Design of APIs, data flows, and low-latency access solutions
• IT and data governance: standards, security, access management, metadata, and architecture reviews
• Knowledge of processes related to supply chain, logistics, inventory, or transport
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Diagnosis of the existing architecture and recommendations
• Target architecture document, with diagrams and technical principles
• Conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Mapping of data flows, interfaces, and traceability
• Architecture review documents and associated standards
• Implementation roadmap, with priorities and next steps
