As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client in the banking and investor services domain, supporting an Operations Change area focused on improving processes, governance, and delivery effectiveness. You will help shape project plans, manage dependencies and risks, and enable clear decision-making across stakeholders.

• Create and maintain core delivery artefacts, including project plans, stakeholder management plans, acceptance plans, and central issue logs.
• Identify, document, and manage project dependencies while supporting scope definition with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and monitor commitments to ensure timely and reliable execution.
• Drive change control across the project lifecycle to keep delivery aligned and transparent.
• Establish communication needs and support the development of clear project communication plans.
• Track project costs, analyse variances, and reforecast budgets when required.
• Define and maintain project risk management plans and monitor mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with procurement to create, administer, track, and close project contracts.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in a business analyst, project analyst, or change delivery role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to filter, prioritise, and validate information from multiple sources.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including confident communication and diplomacy.
• Experience working with limited supervision and exercising sound judgement and autonomy.
• Hands-on experience with delivery governance, including planning, risk management, issue management, and change control.
• Experience in capital markets or investor services, such as fund accounting or reporting.
• A bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
