Our agency client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team on a freelance, part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys working across retail, print, digital, branded merchandise, presentations, and experiential design while leveraging emerging AI tools to bring concepts to life.

Ongoing Freelance (15-20 hours/week) Location: Fully Remote (U.S. preferred) Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual solutions across print, digital, retail, experiential, and presentation-based projects
• Partner with Creative Directors, Marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop concepts that align with client goals and brand standards
• Design a variety of deliverables including retail/POS displays, promotional materials, catalogs, presentations, branded merchandise, digital assets, and marketing collateral
• Develop product, packaging, merchandising, and retail display concepts with polished mockups and visualizations
• Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital execution
• Utilize generative AI tools throughout the creative process, including ideation, concept development, product visualization, and design production
• Create and refine prompts to generate high-quality, brand-appropriate creative assets
• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated content to ensure strategic alignment, visual quality, and creative consistency
• Explore new creative technologies and identify opportunities to improve design workflows, efficiency, and scalability
• Present creative concepts and articulate design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively in a remote environment while balancing priorities across several active initiatives Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency, in-house creative team, or consulting environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, branding, retail marketing, and presentation design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience designing retail environments, point-of-sale materials, signage, merchandising displays, or shopper marketing assets
• Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating polished client-facing presentations
• Demonstrated ability to develop concepts and execute designs from strategy through production
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and an interest in emerging creative technologies
• Understanding of print production processes and preparation of production-ready artwork
• Strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand design skills
• Experience with Figma is a plus
• Motion, video, 3D visualization, or product rendering experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards Nice-to-Have Experience
