• Build full-stack features in C#/.NET and JavaScript against a ready-made AI architecture
• Turn designs into secure, accessible services that real people rely on
• Set the bar: own coding standards, review code and guide other developers
• Work side by side with the architect, refining the design as you build
• Ship in short agile iterations with a multidisciplinary team
• Senior or lead-level experience as a full-stack developer
• Strong C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core) and JavaScript
• Production services delivered, not just prototypes
• Confidence making technical calls and mentoring others
• GDS know-how: GOV.UK Design System, the Service Standard, service assessments
• Hands-on with large language models: Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel or RAG
• Azure and CI/CD pipelines
• Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA
• Real AI, in production, in government
