Job Description

For the Vanguard DevOps team, we are looking for a senior developer with extensive experience in software development in a microservice architecture for the following activities: contributing to the functional and technical further development of the Griffierechtenmodule and later development of the LKB-module, preparing technical documentation, sparring partner for the designer during refinement; sparring partner for fellow developers, preparing releases and prior coordination with internal and external stakeholders, coordination about (new) functionalities with the Product Owner and designers, taking the lead in starting realization activities within the team.

Background of the assignment

Within Base Supervision & Data, team Vanguard is responsible for the (further) development and technical management of the Supervision application and the Griffierechtenmodule. It is expected that this work package will be expanded in 2027 with the development and management of the LKB-module. The modules of Team Vanguard are realized in a microservice architecture on a container platform. We work with components such as .NET Core (back-end) and C# and Angular (front-end), and use Playwright for testing tools.

The value teams are set up as DevOps and consist of developers, testers, and functional and application managers. We work agile, in sprints of three weeks. Within the teams, we decide together who takes on which tasks, giving you plenty of room to work independently and shape your own work. During the daily stand-up, you share progress, coordinate with colleagues, and there is room to ask for advice and feedback.

Requirements

Completed relevant HBO/WO education .NET / C#, Modular monolith-, microservice-architecture Extensive experience with security and privacy-by-design Experience with automated build and deployment pipelines (preferably AzureDevOps, SonarQube) HBO or WO thinking level experience with the tasks described above in the assignment description working in an agile/scrum/devops environment; knowledge of / experience with documentation (6 years) Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with .NET Core .NET Full Framework C# ASP.NET Angular Typescript HTML and CSS Javascript T-SQL Knowledge of / experience with D365 Playwright is a pré (4 years) Experience with automated build - and deployment pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps / GIT / YAML-pipelines)) (4 years)

You have experience working in DevOps teams. You find it challenging to devise simple solutions that provide great value to the customer. Preferably, you also have experience maintaining SOAP APIs. Knowledge of WS-Fed

Within IVo Rechtspraak, the DevOps teams are collectively responsible for the functional (further) development of one or more modules as well as their (technical) management, including incident management. We expect you to be available

Competencies

We are looking for a colleague with extensive experience in (further) developing software in a microservice technology on a container platform, who can serve as a sparring partner for colleagues. Pro-active attitude, focused on teamwork. Clear and open communication. Perform work independently. Take the lead in challenges, assessments, starting realization activities, etc. within the team (senior role).

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability (Registration) Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid). The purpose of the 'WKA' is to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to submit an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) quarterly. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
