Senior Developer / Tech Lead – PEGA / ServiceNow

Project overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer with dual technical expertise in HTML and PEGA, with knowledge of the ServiceNow environment.

The consultant will be involved in application evolution, migration, and maintenance projects. They must be quickly operational, capable of handling bug fixes, developing new features, and providing technical support to teams.

The ideal candidate profile could evolve into a Tech Lead role, with the ability to mentor and support other developers.

Main missions:

Minimum 5 years of development experience, ideally more.

• Develop and evolve applications in PEGA and ServiceNow environments.
• Master HTML technologies and associated developments.
• Participate in migration projects and evolution of existing solutions.
• Analyze, diagnose, and correct technical anomalies.
• Develop new features and ensure their maintenance.
• Work on interfaces and components via UI Builder.
• Guarantee the quality, reliability, and performance of developments.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams.
• Participate in the definition of technical solutions and architectural choices.
• Ideally, support and mentor a team of developers.
• Solid experience in HTML development.
• Experience with PEGA.
• Ability to quickly intervene on bug fixes and application evolutions.
• Technical autonomy and immediate operational readiness.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Mastery or practice of UI Builder.
• Experience with application migration projects.
