Education level: HBO

You have an HBO-level diploma (bachelor's) or equivalent via EVC. Or you have at least two years of demonstrable experience at the required working and thinking level. This must be demonstrated with your CV, supplemented with an official job description, vacancy text, or other document clearly stating the required working and thinking level.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Infra IaC team of IDDI. You will be involved in further developing the Nextcloud environments. Furthermore, you are responsible for the tools: GitLab, Mattermost, Keycloak, Matomo, Nextcloud, and the Grafana/Prometheus stack.

Requirements

Candidate has at least 3 years of demonstrable experience with Kubernetes

Candidate has at least 2 years of demonstrable experience with Kustomize/Gitops/ArgoCD/Helm/YAML/Network policies

Candidate has at least 2 years of demonstrable experience managing Keycloak and SSO environments

Candidate has at least 2 years of demonstrable experience managing and deploying GitLab environments

Candidate has at least 3 years of demonstrable experience with Kubernetes (note: this is not the main stack of the request)

Candidate has experience writing scripts in Bash and/or PowerShell

Wishes:

Candidate has experience with platform migrations

Candidate has experience with Nextcloud

Candidate has experience with the Grafana-Prometheus stack

Candidate has experience with Terraform

Candidate has experience with Harbor

Candidate has experience with Kyverno

Conditions

You are available for at least 36 hours per week. The distribution of days at the office/home is in consultation with your team.

Furthermore, you can be deployed for on-call services. During these services, you are available in case of disruptions.

The Police Operations and its chain partners require a faster and more autonomous way of working. A way that aligns with the daily dynamics of the outside world. And also offers room for innovations with direct value for Operations. Data-driven working is central to this. Where the distinction between Business Operations and Operations blurs.

Within the Innovative Data Driven IV (IDDI) Program, this is given shape by offering both a technical platform and a 'way of working'.

The Specialist Tooling and DevOps will primarily focus on the technical aspects, working with Operations and chain partners to find solutions that give expression to the 'way of working'.

Assignment / Job description

You will:

Support development teams by providing and maintaining tools in a cloud-native environment

Design and implement new technical solutions

Improve the software lifecycle

Actively respond to the daily wishes and questions of Development teams

Migrate various tools to a new Kubernetes platform.
