Senior Digital Product Manager Supply Chain

Context

Based in Lille (hybrid), long-term mission. Within the FLTC (Logistics - Value Chain) domain, the LOGISTICS OPERATIONS digital team manages IT solutions for warehouse operations. Position within a multidisciplinary team of 11 people (1 Digital Process Owner, 1 Deployment Manager, and 9 Product Managers) in the AS400 Automated system squad. Integration of mechanization partners with the historical AS400 WMS to ensure performance and agility of the supply chain.

Missions

• Orchestrate RFID traceability: manage the integration and reliability of RFID data flows to ensure real-time stock visibility.
• Standardize & unify: harmonize data flows between the AS400 WMS and various partner WCSs to simplify digital support, maintenance, supervision, and accelerate deployments.
• Make operations reliable: resolve stock synchronization issues between WMS/WCS to reduce discrepancies and limit operational requests to the AS400 support teams.
• Data-driven management: implement supervision of mechanized equipment performance and leverage data for continuous improvement.
• Manage the product from A to Z: build and prioritize the backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and lead Agile ceremonies in conjunction with technical and business teams.
