PROFILE SOUGHT

We are looking for a senior profile ideally with 10 to 12 years of experience, with a solid technical background and a progression into management.

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead managing several teams, or technical lead.

Excellent technical level in Java and microservices architecture.

Experience in managing complex technical projects and delivering at the scale of several teams.

Natural leadership, ability to unite, convince, and drive teams forward.

Very good communication skills and ability to interact with Product teams and stakeholders.

Sensitivity to banking, FinTech environments, or consumer products.

• Supervise, coach, and grow several engineering teams.
• Unite the teams around an ambitious technical vision.
• Develop a culture of high standards, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Champion the technical vision and challenge architectural choices.
• Ensure the quality, performance, security, and reliability of applications.
• Support Tech Leads in structuring decisions.
• Co-build roadmaps with Product teams.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, and commitments.
• Improve velocity, reduce incidents, and strengthen the quality of deliveries.
• Define a trajectory for AI adoption within Tech teams.
• Accelerate the use of tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Imagine new engineering standards that natively integrate AI.
• Explore agentic approaches and identify concrete use cases with high added value.
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST APIs
• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript
• Data & messaging: PostgreSQL, Kafka
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, EKS, Lambda, Glue, Terraform
• CI/CD & DevOps: GitLab CI, Maven, Argo CD, Docker
• Observability: Datadog, logs, metrics, traces

Within an ambitious Digital Department, you will lead 2 to 3 development squads, with a scope of 8 to 10 engineers maximum.

Your objective: ensure technical excellence, accelerate delivery, and instill a new engineering dynamic, with a central focus on innovation and AI.
