Profile Sought

• Integration into a product squad organized in Agile mode
• Business mobile application developed in React Native, deployed on iOS and Android
• Corrective and evolutionary maintenance, design and development of new features
• Azure / Databricks back-end environment, application connected to APIs, close collaboration with back-end, product, and business teams
• Mobile: React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Platforms: iOS and Android
• API / BFF: Node.js / NestJS, REST API
• Back-end / IS: Azure, Databricks
• Security: OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
• Tests: Jest, React Native Testing Library (or equivalents)
• Industrialization: GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, mobile build and delivery tools

• Analyze functional and technical requirements, contribute to estimations, and propose suitable solutions
• Design, develop, and integrate new features in React Native
• Participate in architectural choices (modularity, maintainability, testability of code)
• Develop fluid, accessible interfaces consistent with the application's UX/UI standards
• Ensure application compatibility and quality on iOS and Android
• Diagnose and fix anomalies, identify root causes, and propose preventive actions
• Contribute to reducing technical debt, version tracking, and securing production releases
• Implement and maintain unit, component, and integration tests
• Monitor and improve performance: startup time, fluidity, memory and network consumption
• Apply mobile security best practices and secure communication with APIs
• Intervene occasionally on WebApp components or applications
• Use AI-assisted development tools, with human validation (review, testing, security)
• Participate in Agile rituals and document technical choices
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
• Significant experience in React Native in a production context
• Concrete experience in delivering and maintaining mobile applications on iOS and Android
• Very good command of React Native, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (components, hooks, lifecycle, application structuring)
• Mastery of REST API integration and asynchronous exchange management
• Knowledge of iOS and Android specifics: builds, permissions, configuration, debugging
• Mastery of Git and code review practice
• Experience with automated testing and software quality practices
• Significant experience with CI/CD and mobile delivery processes
• WebApp development experience
• Aptitude for AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code…)
• Autonomy, proactivity, ability to take a subject from start to finish
• Team spirit, clear communication, rigor, and sense of priorities
