Right People Group is seeking a senior frontend developer for a consulting assignment at If Insurance in Stockholm.

Right People Group has a direct framework agreement with If Insurance, which means we work directly with the end customer without additional intermediaries.

Assignment Information

About the assignment

You will be part of a Nordic development team with approximately ten employees working on digital solutions for motor-related claims handling.

The team is responsible for, among other things, developing and improving communication and digital services between If and their repair shops.

The team currently has strong backend expertise and needs to be strengthened with an experienced frontend developer who can take technical responsibility for frontend development.

• Develop and further develop modern web applications with React and Next.js.
• Drive technical decisions regarding frontend architecture, code quality, and development methodology.
• Ensure scalable, testable, and maintainable solutions.
• Improve user experience and develop intuitive interfaces.
• Use AI-based development tools to streamline the development work.
• Support and coach other developers in frontend.
• Collaborate with backend developers, business representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Solid experience in frontend development with React and Next.js.
• Experience in developing modern, scalable web applications.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, code quality, and testability.
• Practical experience with AI tools in software development.
• Ability to independently drive technical initiatives and make architectural decisions.
• Experience in sharing knowledge and coaching other developers.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience with authentication and authorization.
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based development.
• Knowledge of UX and user-centered development.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
