Project overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Architect for one of our clients in the insurance sector.

The position is to be filled in Bordeaux with a rhythm of 2 days of presence per week.

As part of the transformation of its information system and the strengthening of its Architecture team (8 people),

The mission will primarily focus on the following topics:

The architect will act as a transverse referent to ensure the functional, application, and technical consistency of solutions with the existing IS and the group's evolution trajectories.

They will also be called upon for other projects requiring IT architecture expertise.

The mission mainly consists of:

Concrete experience in integrating a CRM and/or an omnichannel contact center into a complex IS is desired.
