About the opportunity
We are partnering with a Canadian consulting firm specializing in Data Engineering, AI, Cloud, and Data Governance to find an experienced IT Recruiter / Technical Sourcer based in Madagascar.
This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity for someone who understands the IT talent market and knows how to identify, engage, and assess highly skilled technical professionals.

- Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Identify and approach Data Engineers, Data Architects, DevOps Engineers, Cloud specialists, and AI professionals.
- Review CVs and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Assess candidates' technical experience and communication skills.
- Conduct scenario-based interviews to prepare candidates for client interviews.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular progress updates.
- Write personalized, engaging outreach messages in French and English.
- 100% remote work from Madagascar.
- Part-time collaboration to start.
- A paid 5-day trial period.
- Compensation of $12/hour.
- A $200 bonus for each successfully placed candidate.
