- Deliver a flexible base template for all later companies, taking the existing Tempo-to-NetSuite billing interface into account
- Several years of hands-on Jira architecture and consulting, with multiple full instance setups led as architect
- Proven experience with Jira in group or multi-entity structures where companies work very differently, ideally including consolidating existing Jira instances
- Deep knowledge of Jira Service Management and Tempo Timesheets; experience with integrations into ERP or billing systems is a strong plus
- How many Jira setups or architecture workshops have you led, and how many years of hands-on Jira experience do you have (incl. JSM and Tempo)?
- Describe your closest comparable setup: a group-wide or multi-entity Jira instance. How many entities and users, which products and add-ons, and what did you deliver?
