Senior / Lead iOS Engineer - Freelance - Paris (hybrid)

Project overview

For a major international group in the luxury sector, we are looking for a Senior / Lead iOS profile to support its teams in evolving their mobile development approach.

In a demanding technological environment, the group wishes to rely on solid iOS expertise to evolve its design and development practices, particularly through the use of generative artificial intelligence.

The mission:

The objective is not to strengthen the teams with an additional developer responsible for producing code, but to rely on an experienced profile, capable of taking a high-level view of iOS technical issues and guiding production.

Responsibilities

• Bring your expertise on the iOS ecosystem, Swift and SwiftUI.
• Challenge technical choices and architectural directions.
• Identify and anticipate issues related to the Apple environment: Xcode, dependencies, frameworks, build, debugging, provisioning, signatures, and deployment.
• Support and guide developments carried out using generative AI tools, particularly Claude, within the framework of an SDLC or similar approaches.
• Be able to analyze, challenge, and correct AI-generated proposals.
• Ensure the technical consistency, quality, and maintainability of the solutions produced.
• Contribute to evolving development practices towards more efficient and industrialized approaches.
