Senior Manager, Learning Experience & Enablement Fully Remote Location: ONTARIO residents only Duration: 12 months, approx. 37.5 hrs/week Rate: $52-60/hr (T4 only) Our consulting client is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Experience & Enablement to lead workforce transformation, learning, enablement, and adoption initiatives for enterprise clients. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping organizations build capabilities, drive technology and process adoption, and achieve lasting behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning, enablement, and adoption strategies that support large-scale business transformation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify workforce capability needs and recommend solutions.
• Oversee complex, cross-functional engagements and guide multidisciplinary project teams.
• Develop integrated solutions across learning, change management, communications, performance support, and adoption.
• Establish success metrics and measure learning effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
• Support business development activities, including client presentations, proposals, and account growth.
• Mentor consultants and managers while fostering high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in learning & development, workforce enablement, organizational change, or talent transformation.
• Consulting experience advising senior leaders on workforce strategy and transformation.
• Strong background in learning experience design, change management, adoption, and performance improvement.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proven success contributing to business development, proposals, and client growth initiatives.
• Experience with AI adoption, digital transformation, or enterprise change programs is an asset. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
