Senior Marketing Consultant

Project overview

As Senior Marketing Consultant, you will contribute to the growth of NS through central marketing management focused on customer retention and market development.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Researching customer relationships, loyalty, and customer value within NS
• Advising on steering from a central marketing management role, including KPIs and working methods
• Developing priorities and a roadmap for strategic marketing initiatives
• Monitoring progress, coherence, and stakeholder management around the roadmap
• Measuring the impact of marketing investments on return and customer behavior
• Developing a strategy and roadmap focused on customer retention
• Ensuring the realization of the roadmap through active monitoring
• Advising management and executive board on choices and investments in marketing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Relevant work experience of at least 10 years in marketing strategy, customer strategy, customer retention, loyalty growth, digital marketing, or commercial strategy
• Experience at multiple large and innovative organizations with at least 5000 workplaces
• Proven experience in advising senior management and executive boards on strategic marketing choices and investments
• Strong analytical skills to weigh customer value, return, and market potential integrally
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in a complex organization
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
