Senior MEP Construction Manager

Project overview

We are supporting a major industrial construction programme in Berlin and are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of critical building services packages within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate on-site MEP construction activities from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.
• Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical installations, including LV, MV, and HV systems.
• Drive programme delivery, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Support the transition from concept design through construction completion.
• Prepare scopes of work, contractor packages, and tender documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality requirements on site.

• Proven experience delivering MEP construction projects within industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, battery, or other cleanroom environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, exhaust, ventilation, dry air, dust collection, and related mechanical systems.
• Experience managing multiple contractors in fast-paced project environments.
• Familiarity with HOAI project phases.
• Proficiency with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English required. German is advantageous
