Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Project overview

Context

Within the IT department of a large French bank, the CRM and Customer Communication team manages the applications that drive customer relationships: operational CRM, customer knowledge, appointment preparation and follow-up.

The consultant will join the Microsoft CRM squad, composed of developers and business analysts. They will be involved in project management and maintenance for two areas:

• CRM tools for business advisors;
• An application for managing fraud and money laundering cases.

Responsibilities

Profile

• Technical analysis of interfaces to be implemented
• Technical analysis, estimation, and advice in backlog construction
• Monitoring user stories in compliance with the established workflow
• Development and unit testing
• Code reviews and code quality maintenance
• Support for user acceptance testing conducted by business analysts
• Deployment of packages to test environments up to production
• Production monitoring, incident diagnosis, and implementation of fixes
• Qualification and coordination of operational requests with the group's IT operator

Soft Skills

Good communicator, rigorous in reporting, comfortable in a team environment with diverse profiles. Regular interaction with business stakeholders (dailies, follow-up meetings, workshops), the group's IT operator, cross-functional IT teams, and Microsoft support.

Deliverables

Technical documents (design, detailed study, configuration, installation, integration, operation), development plan, technical user stories, test results, activity and meeting reports.
