With a higher education in IT, you have proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and are capable of independently handling technical subjects.

You have the following skills:

You are also comfortable with business process analysis, taking over existing applications, and finding solutions adapted to complex technical environments.

Knowledge of JavaScript, PowerShell, or other development technologies is a plus.

Expected qualities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Implement automations and workflows with Power Automate.
• Model and structure data in Microsoft Dataverse.
• Design intuitive, high-performance user interfaces adapted to functional needs.
• Ensure the quality, maintainability, and scalability of developed solutions.
• Analyze existing processes in collaboration with experts from the historical BPM platform.
• Understand business rules, application dependencies, and user needs.
• Study migration scenarios and identify the most relevant technical solutions.
• Rebuild processes in Power Apps and Power Automate where appropriate.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of the target architecture.
• Support testing, deployment, and go-live phases.
• Connect applications to the existing application ecosystem via REST APIs, standard or custom connectors, and third-party services.
• Identify alternative solutions when applications do not have exploitable APIs.
• Optimize application and flow performance, particularly in managing data volumes.
• Apply best practices for security, environment management, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Document solutions and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze needs from various internal departments.
• Work closely with the Tech Lead, Project Manager, and business experts.
• Participate in agile rituals and sprint planning.
• Be proactive in technical choices and contribute to solving complex problems.
