Job Description

As part of an IT system transformation program, our client is strengthening an Agile product squad. They are looking for a senior React Native Mobile Developer.

You will join an existing team. You will have a key role on a business mobile application developed in React Native, already in production on iOS and Android. The mission covers three areas: development of new features, evolutionary maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

This mission is particularly suitable for an autonomous mobile developer. It offers real influence on the architecture, quality, and team practices, within a rich technical environment (API, BFF, Cloud, CI/CD, AI).

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced or senior mobile developer. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development, including significant experience with React Native in production.

You have already delivered and maintained mobile applications on iOS and Android. You can take ownership of a task from start to finish, investigate complex anomalies, and be proactive in proposing solutions. You are used to working within an Agile product team.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements, contribute to estimations, and propose suitable solutions
• Design, develop, and integrate new features in React Native
• Participate in architectural choices, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and testability of the code
• Develop fluid, accessible interfaces consistent with the application's UX/UI standards
• Ensure the application's compatibility and quality on iOS and Android
• Diagnose and correct anomalies reported by users or monitoring tools
• Identify root causes of incidents and propose preventive actions
• Contribute to the reduction of technical debt
• Participate in version monitoring and securing production deployments
• Apply Clean Code principles and practice code reviews
• Implement and maintain unit tests, component tests, and integration tests
• Optimize performance: startup time, fluidity, memory and network consumption
• Apply mobile security best practices and protect communication with APIs
• Document technical choices and significant evolutions
• Work on WebApp components or applications when the scope requires it
• Use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), while maintaining human validation: review, testing, security, and control of generated code
• Tested and integrated features according to acceptance criteria
• Documented and validated anomaly corrections
• Versioned code, compliant with team standards
• Automated tests associated with developments
• Technical documentation for operation and maintenance
• Significant experience in React Native, in a production context
• Delivery and maintenance of applications on iOS and Android
• Very good command of TypeScript and modern JavaScript
• Mastery of React Native components, hooks, lifecycle, and application structuring
• Integration of REST APIs and management of asynchronous communication
• Knowledge of iOS and Android specifics: builds, permissions, configuration, debugging
• Git and code review practice
• Automated testing and software quality practices
• Significant experience with CI/CD and mobile delivery processes
• Experience in WebApp development
• Concrete use of GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent tool
• Knowledge of a Node.js / NestJS backend (BFF)
• OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
• Knowledge of Azure and Databricks environments
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and Axway
