• 8 years of QA automation experience with Selenium, including 2 years of Playwright experience
• Playwright automation testing
• Automation framework design and development from scratch
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• Azure DevOps CICD pipeline integration
• Web UI API and E2E automation testing
• Git and version control
• Jira and Xray
• Agile Scrum delivery methodologies
• Reusable test libraries, utilities, and reporting frameworks
• Contact Centre business process knowledge
• IVR testing and call flow validation
• Call routing and queue management
• Agent workflow validation
• Supervisor workflow validation
• Telephony customer journey testing
• CRM integration testing
• Voice and omnichannel solution testing
• Insurance Financial Services
• Experience implementing automation within CICD and DevOps ecosystems and working in Agile offshore-onshore delivery models.
