The scope includes designing and establishing robust project governance structures, management reporting frameworks, C-level communication materials, cost and resource reporting architectures, risk registers, change management frameworks, project tracking structures, and structured document repositories.
The consultants will be responsible for analyzing complex project, cost, schedule, risk, and change data and translating it into clear management decision materials, status dashboards, tracking matrices, forecasts, and structured governance documentation.
Responsibilities

Consolidate complex project information into decision-relevant summaries, executive reporting templates, and standardized management documentation.
Design structured agenda concepts, technical guidance frameworks, and written guides for project workshops and timeline reviews.
Formalize project decisions, responsibilities, and milestones through structured decision logs and governance documentation.
Set up project tracking matrices for timelines, action items, status reporting, and management dashboards.
Establish project documentation architectures, filing systems, document registers, and organized information repositories for final handover.
Develop project cost reporting structures, including budget allocation models, planned/actual/forecast reporting, and cost assignment matrices.
Analyze project resource utilization, order allocations, cost assignments, and performance data for management evaluation.
Design structured risk registers and risk governance frameworks covering cost, schedule, and project delivery risks.
Set up document-based tracking structures for engineering, procurement, construction, milestones, and follow-up actions.
