• 10+ years of program or project management experience, including significant experience leading Data & AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, machine learning lifecycle, AI solutions, and cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and related platforms.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or CSM certification is highly desirable.
• Must be able to work onsite in a hybrid model in San Jose, CA.
• Previous experience working with Cisco or within a large enterprise technology environment.
• Experience managing AI transformation, data modernization, cloud migration, or analytics programs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes for senior leadership.
