Senior Project Lead - FX, PM & ETDs e-Trading vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

• Lead requirements definition, target-state design, product roadmap development, and solution coordination for FX, Precious Metals and Exchange Traded Derivatives e-trading capabilities.
• Align stakeholders across business, client and partner management, credit, trading channels, pre-trade controls, access management, regulatory, and order management teams to support production readiness.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert bridging business needs and technology delivery, driving stakeholder alignment and informed solution decisions.
• Coordinate end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness, and business adoption activities.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• At least 7 years' experience delivering trading, execution, FX, capital markets, or platform transformation initiatives within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of FX/PM, ETDs, e-trading workflows, order lifecycle management, pre-trade controls, regulatory requirements, and digital channel platforms.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end digital product lifecycles, including pilot launches, user testing, web analytics, client feedback, adoption measurement, and rollout execution.
• Experience in Agile delivery, including backlog management, prioritisation, user story definition, release planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and pragmatic technology solutions.
• Language skills: fluent English
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and influencing capabilities in a Matrix environment.
• Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
