Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Leading complex area development projects from initiation to execution
- Accelerating housing construction within various projects in Velsen, IJmuiden, Santpoort, Driehuis, and Velserbroek
- Advising on the use of national and provincial regulations within (pilot) projects
- Improving work processes to accelerate the realization of housing construction
- Collaborating with colleagues, management, residents, and entrepreneurs
- Guiding market and municipal initiatives in various assignments
- HBO+/WO work and thinking level
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager within complex area development tasks, preferably gained at a municipality or other government organization
- Current knowledge of laws and regulations in the field of area development
- Knowledge of project-based work and the ability to guide team members in this
- Strong analytical, strategic, and advisory skills
- Political sensitivity and experience with planning and control
