As a senior project manager, you will help the province of Friesland structurally anchor circular procurement in policy, purchasing, and execution.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up and guiding at least five leading circular projects as examples for the organization
• Establishing a working Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle for circular procurement
• Developing practical tools for circular purchasing and tenders
• Translating circular goals into tender criteria, contract conditions, and measurable results
• Advising and guiding purchasers, policy officers, project managers, and clients in the transition to circular purchasing
• Actively participating in concrete tenders within the mentioned projects
• Involving employees in knowledge building and training on circular procurement
• Extensive experience in circular purchasing and circular tenders
• Knowledge of public procurement, tender procedures, and contract formation
• Insight into circular business models, materials, raw materials, and extending lifespan
• Skill in translating circular ambitions into concrete purchasing criteria and measurable goals
• High motivation for sustainability and the transition to a circular economy
