The Opportunity
Our client, a global organisation delivering innovative ERP solutions, is looking for an experienced external Senior Project Manager to lead a complex ERP implementation starting in January. This is a senior delivery role. You’ll own a multi-workstream programme end to end across scope, schedule, quality and budget, and you’ll be the main point of contact for client stakeholders.

- Leading a large-scale, multidisciplinary ERP implementation from initiation through to delivery
- Managing multiple workstreams and keeping scope, timelines, quality and budget on track
- Owning budget control, risk and issue management, and resource planning
- Acting as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders and building strong, trusted relationships
- Running delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches as the project needs
- Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale ERP implementations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred; SAP, Oracle or other ERP backgrounds also considered
- Experience managing complex projects or multi-workstream programmes
- Strong stakeholder management with senior business and IT audiences
- Commercial awareness, plus solid budget and risk management skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery (PMI, PRINCE2 or similar certification a plus)
- Very good German and English, written and spoken
- Based in Germany and able to be on-site in Berlin 3 days a week
- A high-impact, senior role on a significant ERP programme
- A clearly defined engagement with a January start
- A hybrid setup with a Berlin on-site presence
