Senior Project Manager Enterprise Service Management (ESM) (contract)

Project overview

As a senior project manager, you will lead the implementation of an organization-wide Enterprise Service Management platform.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Realize an organization-wide Enterprise Service Management solution for the entire university
• Guide the vendor selection, including preparation of decision-making and contract
• Perform an impact analysis on organization, processes, systems, and governance
• Develop an operating model, governance structure, and implementation and adoption plan
• Coordinate the phased migration of existing systems (including Topdesk, Jira, Freshdesk, and Planon) to the new platform
• Prepare the new management organization and transfer to the line organization
• Monitor progress and coherence within the multidisciplinary project team
• Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level, for example technical, business administration, or legal
• At least three independently executed projects in the field of IT or organizational changes in the role of project manager
• At least one previously executed project concerning an organization-wide ITSM/ESM transformation
• Availability in accordance with the assignment profile, including the full assignment period and any extensions
• Results-oriented, organizationally sensitive, and analytically strong
• Able to take the lead and organize decision-making without formal hierarchical authority
