Context and challenges

As part of its digital transformation, a major player in the banking sector is seeking a Senior Project Manager specialized in agentic AI to lead the group-wide industrialization of its agentic AI foundation.

The mission is part of a transverse technological expertise department, dedicated to development, innovation, Data, and Artificial Intelligence.

You will join a team specializing in the design of pilot projects and innovative products for the group's various entities and their clients.

The main challenge is to manage the transition of agentic AI initiatives to industrialized solutions, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, security managers, and management in a complex, multi-entity IT environment.

• Management of agentic AI foundation industrialization
• Lead the industrialization phase of the group-wide agentic AI plan.
• Coordinate the various teams responsible for deploying solutions within multiple entities.
• Oversee security validation steps and their integration into deployment processes.
• Ensure monitoring of solution implementation and schedule adherence.
• Identify technical and organizational difficulties, propose solutions, and manage their resolution.
• Guarantee good coordination between the various stakeholders.
• Project governance and reporting
• Prepare, organize, and lead follow-up and steering committees.
• Produce presentation materials suitable for technical and management audiences.
• Schedule governance meetings and ensure follow-up of actions and decisions.
• Write minutes of technical meetings and discussions with management.
