Context

The IT department of an international pharmaceutical company is managing several CARVE-IN and CARVE-OUT operations and is looking for a Senior Project Manager to contribute to this program.

Mission

Lead one or more workstreams of a CARVE-IN and CARVE-OUT program, such as application or data management workstreams, in an international context.

Project and program management, Operational experience in CARVE-IN or CARVE-OUT, Planning, budget and risk management, Stakeholder coordination in an international context, Fluent English

• Frame projects and manage changes
• Initialize planning, monitor progress, and manage delays
• Estimate and track budgets, consumed amounts, and re-estimations
• Monitor risks and associated action plans
• Compile reporting for the various program workstreams
• Lead Steering Committees, Project Committees, and other necessary project bodies
• Apply the internal project methodology and the IT Projects team's processes
• Ensure compliance with integration milestones, particularly Day 1, Day 100, and the start or end of IT services
• Ensure communication and relationships with IT stakeholders
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders: divested or acquired entities, business units, software vendors, integrators, and partner teams
• Information systems: application workstreams, data management, IT services
• Methods and frameworks: internal project methodology, Prince2 or PMI
• Context: CARVE-IN and CARVE-OUT operations, M&A program
• 10 to 15 years of experience in project management in an international or multinational context
• At least 2 years of program management experience
• Proven operational experience in a CARVE-IN or CARVE-OUT operation
• Industry experience
• Project and program management
• Scoping, planning, budget management, and risk management
• Project management certification Prince2 or PMI
• Experience in a pharmaceutical regulatory context is desired
• Communication and stakeholder coordination in an international context
• Leading project governance bodies
• Fluent English
